Sean and Kirsten met in kids' church, and after a long pursuit, Sean finally won her for his bride. Since their wedding day in 1998, they have dedicated their lives to helping people recognize and live out their full potential - in the US and around the world!
Sean is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College (Missions) and Regent University (BA in Christian Ministry, Master of Divinity). Kirsten is a graduate of Oral Roberts University (Bachelor of Music). They have three young adult children: Gabrielle, Smith and Marissa.
Sean and Kirsten got their start in ministry as youth and worship pastors at Word of Life Church in their hometown of Dubuque, IA, where they served for 13 years. In 2007, the Lord led them to Germany, where they continued to serve as youth and worship pastors in a new church in Bavaria, which eventually grew from one campus to four. During that growth phase, Sean & Kirsten took on the responsibility for graphics, sound/media, web, and bookkeeping. In 2015, they became pastors of an independent Pentecostal church nearby, eventually merging it into the original church as a campus.
After arriving in Germany, Sean and Kirsten began to teach courses at Rhema Bible Training College, teaching various courses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Though they moved back to the 'States in 2018 to prepare their kids for college, they still work with Rhema in Europe, assisting with the new Instructor Pipeline and a task force to expand training for church development.
The Hirschy's currently live in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metro. Kirsten works in the Music Department at Oral Roberts University, where all three of their children have studied. Sean serves as a worldwide traveling minister, trainer, and consultant, Bible school director/developer/instructor, and church planting Master Trainer with DCPI.
Their greatest joy is to see their children taking new steps with the Lord and to observe how their former youth group members and mentees are rising up to take ministry leadership roles in their respective churches! To God be the Glory!
